WHP24 closing sequence announced plus Apple Music set recordings live
The Warehouse Project has announced the closing sequence of shows for its 2024 season, rounding off four unique months of unmissable moments in Manchester.
Bicep are set to bring their acclaimed Chroma AV DJ Set to Depot Mayfield on Friday 6th December. Renowned for their genre-defying sound and captivating live performances, Bicep’s Chroma AV DJ Set offers a fusion of immersive audiovisuals and their signature blend of house, techno, and breaks. In addition to their headlining set, the duo has curated a handpicked line-up of cutting-edge electronic artists to deliver a diverse musical journey that reflects their own eclectic influences, featuring Mall Grab, Daphni, Helena Hauff, Bubble Love (Ross From Friends), SHERELLE, and much more.
On Friday 13th December, DNB Allstars bring in a stacked Drum n Bass line-up, hosted across Depot, Concourse, and Archive stages, featuring artists from across the DnB spectrum including Sub Focus, Wilkinson, Bou + B Live 24/7, Hedex, Kanine, Kings Of The Rollers, and many more.
The following week on Saturday 21st December, FUSE presents an intimate, one-off Concourse takeover, bringing their X-Series concept from London to Manchester, featuring FUSE head honcho Enzo Siragusa, alongside Saoirse, Dr Banana B2B Laidlaw and PACH.
Manchester-born label and event Kaluki returns to Depot Mayfield to celebrate its 19th birthday with a very special b2b between Marco Carola & Joseph Capriati on Saturday 28th December. Joining them across the night will be East End Dubs, Fleur Shore, Skream, Archie Hamilton & many more. Later in December, Steppers, alongside some very special guests takeover Concourse for a one-off event on Sunday 29th December.
The final piece to the season, New Year’s Eve at The Warehouse Project is set to be another memorable one to finish strong in 2024. Defected, Glitterbox & Club Bad Present New Year’s Eve, featuring Groove Armada, Low Steppa, Barbara Tucker, Sam Divine, Melé b2b KILIMANJARO & many more.
Other previously announced WHP24 shows still to come include Fatboy Slim on Friday 22nd November, the legendary DJ handpicks a line-up that showcases both established and emerging talents including Vintage Culture, Oden & Fatzo [Live], Kilimanjaro, Eats Everything and LF System. On Saturday 23rd November, Worried About Henry celebrate their 10th birthday featuring Andy C, Hybrid Minds, Dimensions, Bru-C, K Motionz, Friction, and more.
Plus Eat Your Own Ears returns with a curated show by Barry Can’t Swim on Friday 29th November. Known for his genre-blending sound that fuses house, jazz, and downtempo beats, Barry Can’t Swim is set to perform live and a DJ set. His curated show also features the likes of Jyoty, salute, Joy Orbison, Hunee, Sbtrkt, and more.
Earlier this year, Apple Music and The Warehouse Project announced a brand new initiative to capture DJ sets in ground-breaking Spatial Audio. DJ sets from a handpicked selection of WHP24 artists are now available exclusively on Apple Music, featuring Bonobo, Jazzy, Sofia Kourtesis, DJ Seinfeld, Rob Mcpartland and Bradley Zero.
The world-leading club series based in Manchester is one of just a few handpicked venues across the globe offering the opportunity for dance fans to relive their favourite club nights. DJ sets from some of the world’s most exciting names in electronic music have been recorded using a fixed immersive audio installation and then mixed in the ground-breaking format.
