Ben Rau – Burning [Knee Deep In Sound]

Following in the footsteps of label founder Hot Since 82, highly respected producer and DJ Ben Rau is the latest revered artist to join the illustrious Knee Deep in Sound family, with the next instalment of the label’s flagship ‘8 Track’ album series.

Recorded during lockdown at his studio in Berlin, the project sees the Ben delve into everything from French filter house to breakbeat to deep and melodic house, as he distills a lifetime on the dance floor and behind the booth.

‘Burning’ is the next, much anticipated single ahead of the album in the autumn. Smooth summery vocals carry the melody throughout, underpinned by vibrant bouncing kicks and releasing a purely euphoric vibe. He also delivers a stripped-back heavy Dub mix to cater for the late-night dancefloor!
