Rudimental x Skream – So Sorry [Major Toms]
Following quick on the heels of lead album single, ‘Straight From The Heart’ ft. Nørskov, ‘So Sorry’ from Rudimental a is euphoric, hands-in-the-air dance music at its best; think warm, spiralling chords, infectious, dream-like vocals and huge, thumping crescendos. Premiered by Annie Mac on BBC Radio 1, it forms the band’s first official collaboration with Skream – an iconic name in UK dance music for over 15 years since the release of his critically-acclaimed, self-titled debut album in 2006.
The full album – scheduled for release on 3rd September – is a full-colour, 16-track epic that toasts a decade’s worth of the group’s extraordinary music-making. ‘Ground Control’ also boasts an impressive list of collaborators and guest voices, including MJ Cole, Hardy Caprio, Skream, Karen Lomax, Backgroad Gee, D Double E, Hamzaa, Kojey Radical, The Game and more, as well as the hit singles ‘Come Over’ ft. Anne-Marie & Tion Wayne and ‘Be The One’ ft. MORGAN, Digga D & Tyke.
