Dateless’ Party Playlist
Welcome to the era of Dateless! Nothing less than a rhythm junkie, this hopeless romantic’s productions most notably feature groovy Latin percussion sections accompanied by irresistibly funky basslines. With an ability to hear extremely precise rhythm, Dateless separates himself from countless artists with his ability to intentionally create imperfect grooves. These subtle imperfections create the illusion that his music is being played by live instrumentalists, an element that does not go unnoticed by devout fans and artists alike. On stage he has an infectious energy that exudes passion and flair.
His overly confident manner enables him to be in complete control of the crowd, comparable to that of a conductor guiding the musical performance of his orchestra. Ultimately his immense passion for music and extreme desire to be placed on the main stages of the biggest festivals results in timeless dance music that is sure to be heard around the world. Keep an eye and ear on this space because Dateless music is destined to echo in eternity.
Datesless – Line In The Dirt (Hot Creations) ‘Line In The Dirt’, like ‘Bee’, was made one drum at a time to ensure imperfect groove perfection and by that I mean the human feel a Dateless house track longs for. But what makes this record extra special to me are the vocals. If you pay attention you can get a true sense of who I am as well as what I’m about. Please play this at my funeral, or whatever gutter I’m lying next to!
Martin Badder feat. Shania – Ur Type (Bontan Remix) (Circus Recordings) This track is a massive vibe. Bontan did the vocals real justice by matching it’s suave energy with a sexy tribal beat! This would go OFF in the club.. or basically anywhere…. whenever we can finally play out again!
Chris Stussy – Boogie Trippin (Robsoul) Stuss has successfully inserted what is an old school hip hop feel into a wicked minimal house record. The combination WORKS. I’m a big fan.
Paul V presents Enrico Di Stefano – Attitude (Silvano Del Gado) (Revision Music) Silvano’s records have been sort of a secret weapon in my sets for many years. This producer is not discussed or rated enough in my opinion. This is another winner from him for sure.
Pillow Talk, Soul Clap, Greg Paulus – Love Train (Crew Love) This track injects you with such a seductive energy & it makes me think back to the disco era, i would have loved to live through that. Love Train leaves you walking away smiling, which is always the intention, no?
Chris Stussy, Litmus – Independent Woman (PIV Records) Not much to say about this one… is purely deep tech, done right!
PillowTalk and Gustavo Lobo – Gonna be with you (Kellerkind Remix) (Bar 25 Music) This is such a bizarre one, yet so infectious. As a fan of making more unique sounding tracks myself, Kellerkind has hit the spot with this.
Jon Rundell – Can’t Stop (Rekluse) Now THIS is the shit right here. This is that peak time bomba!! God, I miss being behind the decks and seeing the dancefloor go off, especially when I hear tracks like this!
Archie Hamilton – Waisted (Moscow Records) Definitely a timeless record that could be played in sets for years to come, this track has solidified my love for Archie Hamilton even further.
Guti, Djebali – Pillow Fight Me (Djebali) I can’t get enough of these vocals! I absolutely love them. This track is so different that it almost feels like it shouldn’t work; oh but it does!
