Shermanology – Pop That [Sola] We had so much fun making this record. In this crazy time we felt that we needed something less heavy topic wise. Back in the day there was this club in Rotterdam called Now and Wow and they always had certain songs playing that just stuck in my head. We wanted to create a vibe that stood for that era in our lives, because it has been a big influence in our sound. It’s been a while since Andy has done some vocals. We had fun making this one. Hope y’all like it.
Jaden Thompson – Closer [Cuttin Headz’] Jaden is the new kid on the block who is here to stay. We heard this track in Dennis Ferrer’s Defected live stream, and the song touched our soul from the 1st second. The way the baseline makes love to the vocal is insane. The thing we love is that JT’s productions are clean and effective and it’s just a perfect song for our sets.
Demuir – Shroom Trippin [Sola Nauts] Demuir is the king of Bass-lines. This track proves that once again. The mix of this track is insane. The energy is amazing and the reggae vocal chop gives it an extra edge. We are suckers for a bit of Caribbean flava and can’t wait to play this in the club. Keep em coming Demuir.
Mayson Maynard ft. Green Velvet – Propane [Island Records] Another new kid who is making so much noise and bringing all of the funk. We have been a Mason fan for a few years now and every track is so different, and we love that. This old skool vibe banger is one of the freshest cuts we have heard for a while. And you can’t go wrong with a green velvet vocal. This is a clash between the new and old skool and it turned out to be a flawless track.
Hotevilla – Twice A Night [Kulture] This is what we call a class tune. The jazzy chords and live strings give it that jazzy feel that we love, and it’s a perfect tune to just take a foot of the gas in a set. But still keeps it groovy. This label always has the funkiest tunes in town. Big up Kulture.
Mike Dunn – If I can’t get down [Classic Music Company] The godfather of house music is back again. With a vocal like this nothing can go wrong. The bumpy production works perfectly. God made him so funky and Mike is doing it again. We think Mike is definitely someone we would love to work with. What a voice.
Junior Sanchez – All this love [Glasgow Underground] We had chills the moment I pressed play. This Chico Debarge cover is perfect; one of our favourite old skool tunes in a new jacket. This musicality is what we need in these times, Mr Sanchez never disappoints.
Andre Salmon- Da hot nation [Hot Trax] This one is so original. Andre’s productions are always crisp and his mixes work every time. You can hear that this producer knows what he is going for. With this break beat kind of track but still house. This track will definitely stand out in everyone’s set.
Oward- Rustik [Mo-ob] How can you make the perfect groove? Just listen to this track. The almost fidget kind of chops are so original. The details in the mix are so on point. This is the kind of minimal track that you will definitely hear in our sets.
Shermanology – Ride It [Sola] We wanted to create an energetic track that has both a tech and house side. So we created a track where we have Dorothy’s signature sound with a lil Caribbean twist, and to create that dance floor energy we added some stab synths. To be honest we haven’t tested in on the dance floor yet, but as soon as we can we will be pumping out this one.
