Morixo & CHANEY – Good For Me [Toolroom]
Morixo and CHANEY make their debut on Toolroom to deliver their first collaboration, ‘Good For Me’.
Morixo has very much been ‘behind the scenes’ in the UK house sphere, having had a hand with high profile artist’s illustrious careers including the likes of MK, Solardo and Eli Brown, whilst CHANEY is a firm BBC Radio 1 favourite who has gained notable support from Danny Howard and Annie Mac, featuring on her Friday night show off the back of his ‘Find Your Love’ single last year. With powerful results to date between them, along with 3 million streams on Spotify from Morixo’s ‘Take Me Back’ on Warners through to his ‘Nothing Feels As Good’ single which was awarded a self-certified anthem by MistaJam, November sees both artist’s locking horns for the very first time on their stellar single, ‘Good For Me’.
A feel-good piano house number right from the start, ‘Good For Me’ sees the pair work strong bassline sequences with intoxicating vocals, flawless melodies and light, acid-tinged percussion elements to reveal a high-octane dancefloor addition, whilst highlighting the start of a fruitful collaboration between Morixo & CHANEY in the process.
