Francisco Allendes, Chilean DJ and producer now residing in Ibiza, is one of the hottest talents of the contemporary dance music scene. Active since early last decade, Allendes has grown over the years, releasing music for some of the most prestigious labels in the techno / house scene such as Desolat, Kaluki, VIVa Music, Cadenza, Snatch, Mood and Crosstown Rebels., and we at Dance Rebels have privilege to showcase Francisco’s current favorite tracks in his party playlist, listen below!
Felipe Venegas, Francisco Allendes – Llovizna (Francisco Allendes & Felipe Venegas Rework) Let´s begin the list with one of the tracks that has made me the proudest I could ever be. A rework of our classic Llovizna from 2009 on Cadenza – many will remember the original, but we made a new version that could fit in with current DJ sets since the old one was very minimalist and really was impossible to play in a club situation today. This new rework was complemented perfectly with remixes from Luciano and Loco Dice. We were over the moon to be able to bring this back onto the dancefloors!
Unknown 7 – One, 2Step This track is one that always has a great reaction from the crowd… The groove is rolling on classic raw drum machines and the vocals give it a sweeter twist that makes everybody go crazy!
Matthias Tanzmann – Let´s Roll From Matthias’s latest album – this is the track I love the most. Full of effects and changes. It doesn’t follow a classic structure, but just keeps on delivering surprise after surprise every bar.
Fabio Neural, Dj Fronter – Brr Baby Brr I like to define my sound as “retro futuristic martian intellectual” and I think this track is the perfect example. The way the percussion varies, it creates an amazing drop and that makes the whole track roll.
Chinonegro, Cris Ocana – Frequency This tune is another one that everybody asks me to play every time and its produced by my buddies in Chile. It follows a song structure with a few synth sounds here and there – I just love it!
Abe Duque – Disco Lights A track that I’ve been playing for more than 10 years and for sure will be in my sets for at least 10 years more. King of acid Abe Duque with the coolest groove here!
Miane – Revive Every set more or less I play a Miane track – they are so powerful and yet tender at the same time. This one is my favourite of hers (for this month)!
Nathan Barato, DjeuhDjoah, Liutenant Nicholson- A Sun´s Dream A jewel from my buddy Nathan Barato – the best track of his album in my opinion. I mean all the tracks there are great but this one has something else!
wAFF – Carunda Again, talking about martian intellectual sounds, the dialogue of the tribal voices and the metal percussion on this one with that fat killer bass make this one a winner every time!
PAWSA – NONSTOP A raw straight groove that rolls from the first beat just goes bananas when the chopped vocals appear. A masterpiece from PAWSA!
