Friend Within – Set You Free [Toolroom]

After a recent away game at Sonny Fodera’s Solotoko label with ‘Matchbox’, Friend Within returns to his home turf of Toolroom. It’s been a busy Summer for the Liverpudlian who’s clocked up no less than 8 dates at Ibiza superclub Eden, a Fabric gig and a recent collab with indie disco heroes Friendly Fires and a track entitled ‘Offline’.

‘Set You Free‘ is a trademark outing; A lush house groove, beautiful piano chords and some insanely catchy vocals. The whole thing is produced with finesse and oozes class and it’s this reason that all Friend Within productions really are head & shoulders above the rest. This is a welcomed and triumphant return to Toolroom from one of the most exciting and talented house producers on the scene right now.
