Joris Biesmans – Piramides [Aeon] – So excited to release this track! To be honest, when I made Piramides, it felt super special and close to me but I wasn’t expecting that someone would release it. Can you imagine how surprised and excited I was when Alex got back to me?
New Jackson – The Night Mail [Maeve] – NJ knows how to bring a certain touch / finesse to his productions. He does it in a way which is not that obvious. Check out Night Mail and you’ll understand what I mean.
Melokolektiv – A Diction [AZZUR] – The guys from Azzur always deliver quality and Melokolektiv proves again that he knows his thing! Beautifully used vocals and harmonies! BIG TIP!
Joseph Ashworth – Trooper [Life And Death] – I love the energy that Joseph creates in this track! It has some sort of unstoppable feel to it and that is exactly what you need on the dance floor.
Johannes Albert – Whirring In The Distance [Frank Music] – Although his studio is only meters away from mine, we’ve never met! Nevertheless I love his work. If you like spacey and trippy sounds, Whirring in the distance is for you.
Affkt – 1014 (Kiwi Remix) [Sincopat] – I’m a big Kiwi fan for quite some time and I love the fact that he goes in many different directions! In this remix he goes full on club and he does it good!
Scuba – Love Theme [Life And Death] – I’m a sucker for Ambient / Beat less music! Scuba creates a very nice mood in “Love Theme” and to be honest it’s the first time I’ve heard him go in this direction! I’m curious to hear more like this!
Dorothy’s Fortress – Firefox (Silencer part 2) [Destroy All Planets] – Old but gold! I just recently discovered Firefox and it’s one of those tracks that keep on hanging in your head. It sounds still fresh and I love the simplicity here. A good musical idea and straight to the point!
Chromie and Sage Caswell – Vines (Kyle Hall remix) [Peach] – And when we’re digging up some back catalogue gems… be sure to check this beauty from Detroit!
Joris Biesmans – Menneke [Selador] – This one got released last week on Selador and has proven to be a peak time tool. It’s also very nice to get some cool feedback and support from people like BOg, Amine K and Gene Farris amongst others.
