Samlight & Stage Republic – Fire [Spinnin’ Talent Pool]

“Fire” from Samlight and Stage Republic is one of the more innovative tracks I’ve heard in the early days of 2019.

This tune doesn’t stick to within one genre, allowing influences from rock, progressive house and others to seep into the production process. Intense vocals are matched perfectly by electric guitar-styled synths to create tremendous energy. The tune leaps to life with vibrant leads a top a bouncy bassline that has an infectious level of joy to it.

Very frequently, tracks that bend genres like this tend to lack cohesiveness. But, Samlight and Stage Republic blend sounds perfectly on “Fire”.
