Premiere: Tough Love feat. Reigns – Hideaway (Freejak Remix)

Already renowned for an impressive array of remixes, Freejak adds a hit to his résumé by taking on Tough Love and Reigns‘ smash “Hideaway”.

This tune has roots in the 1990s, and London-based duo Tough Love revamped the track in a killer 2018 style. That original tune has been picked up by industry heavyweights like Roger Sanchez, Riva Starr, Sonny Fodera, Mark Knight and Purple Disco Machine.

Freejak brings a classic, uplifting house feeling to “Hideaway”. Reigns’s vocals are allowed to shine brilliantly in the breakdown, with their full power hitting hard on a thundering chorus. A piano lead headlines the drop on this remix, and a pumping bassline allows Freejak to count this among one of his many successes.
