Bottai – Assioma [Doorn]
Italy has been producing solid producers for years now, and Bottai is no exception. He delievers “Assioma” via Doorn Records.
The record serves as a debut for Bottai, as he adds Doorn Records to the list of labels on his discography. Previous releases for him have come via Protocol, Refune and plenty more. “Assioma” comes with great radio support behind it, as Martin Garrix, Oliver Heldens, W&W and more supported it so far.
This tune is pure house music in its finest form. It brings a gritty groove to the table, and plenty of funky bass. A catchy top synth uses a strong staccato as the topline, with the slight influence of an acid house vibe. The melody, while simple, allows the listener to really feel the musicality with little interference. Bottai adds to these elements in the middle breakdown, introducing an anthemic orchestral sound. “Assioma” brings a progressive feel and danceable vibe from all angles.
