Whethan – Savage (feat. Flux Pavilion & MAX) [Big Beat White Label]
One of our favorite up-and-coming producers, 17-year old Ethan Snoreck, otherwise known as Whethan, has released his third original track, this time in collaboration with Flux Pavilion and MAX.
“Savage” is as graceful as is it is gritty. MAX‘s dynamic vocals delve smoothly into a massive drop featuring intense side-chained basslines loaded with energy and crispy synths dripping with future bass feels. A follow up to first two Whethan originals “Can’t Hide” and “When I’m Down”, “Savage” offers a different, less playful vibe. Snoreck, when asked about the change of pace, said:
“This demo really spoke to the direction my sound is heading. I knew I could take it to the next level, and once MAX and Josh (Flux) put their hands on it, we knew we had something ‘Savage.’”
As Whethan launches into a “Savage” North American tour, stay on the lookout and catch him in your city. This kid is just getting started.
