The long-anticipated Marshmello original is finally here. Released on Skrillex’s OWSLA Records and featuring vocalist Wrabel, “Ritual” is an exciting record that the mellogang is sure to love.
“Ritual” is “totally mello,” if you will. The signature, uber-bouncy ‘marshmello bass’ carries the track for all four minutes. The drop features a seemingly perfectly syncopated pluck atop a punchy kick and snare. Plus, Wrabel‘s top-line provides the perfectly smooth complement to an already slick instrumental.
Marshmello just launched a massive fall tour in honor of the single, so be sure to check that out. The Man in White was caught teasing a DJ Snake & Bieber “Let Me Love You Remix” on his snapchat and as the mellogang grows ever larger, I have a feeling there will be plenty of ‘marshmello bass’ to come.
