3LAU & Said The Sky feat. NÉONHÈART – Fire [Blume]

American mashup extraordinaire-turned-producer 3LAU and fellow countryman Said The Sky link up alongside Christina for “Fire”.

This track began to come together back in 2015, when the two producers met in Denver. After discussing plans for 3LAU‘s Blume label, they began to fire ideas back and forth. The result, as the title might imply, is “Fire”. The Blume label will be donating all profits from sales and streams of “Fire” to Pencils of Promise. The label has managed to raise $195,000 so far this year for the charity.

Christina‘s soulful vocals anchor the track from start to finish, as they star on top of a guitar-led instrumental. She dexterously moves from note to note while she delivers emotional lyrics. She hits the chorus, and the track dives into a melodic drop that delivers waves of sound. The combination of vocal and instrumental brings the perfect amount of intensity, but does not overwhelm the listener. “Fire” is the perfect tune to chill out to, and 3LAU, Said The Sky and Christina have a hit that will help a great cause.

“Fire” is out exclusively on Spotify now, but will be out everywhere else October 21.
