Tritonal – Painting With Dreams [Enhanced Music]
Tritonal hits it out of the park with their brand new Painting With Dreams album under Enhanced Music! After hearing a handful of great songs, we finally see what else they have been hiding from us. Dave and Chad have really outdone themselves with this album!
“Tela Vouta”
This is such a pretty intro for the album. The melody is gentle, and yet mysterious at the same time. You can hear different vocals in the background, creating such a cool atmosphere for this song. The music grows under melody and the whole song gradually builds.
“Broken” ft. Adam Lambert
One of the more recent songs before the album release, “Broken” gained its popularity for having different music styles and vibes in one song. But also because it featured the mesmerizing vocals of Adam Lambert. It is a softer song, but still holds that Tritonal sound in it.
“Waiting 4 U”
This song is very strong. The stabs have so much more depth than most synth stabs. It gives us a game changer for that style of music and fits well with the vocals. All of the music flows well together.
“I Feel The Love” ft. Ross Lynch
This song has a great beat. Not only does the beat carry the music, but it feels like there are softer instruments in the background as well. Ross Lynch has a great voice and the drop has great vocal cuts and melody. This song has a sense of reassurance to it.
“Getaway” ft. Angel Taylor
We know “Getaway“, the song with a great singer and great hype. This song is energetic and we see a prime example of Tritonal‘s use of electrifying synths. Angel gives vocals with an emotional sound and strong lyrics.
“Rewind”
The beat here is amazing. Everything fits together. The synths are flying around and the bass and beat are catching the music and throwing it back up. The song definitely shows how soft or crazy Tritonal can make a song.
“Painting With Dreams (Nothing Like Them)” ft. Shy Martin
This song is just beautiful. The vocals of Shy Martin are intoxicating. They make me want to listen for ever. The mix between rhythm and melody is perfect. The build of the song is subtle and the music has a such a lovely feel to it. This song blew my mind.
“Blackout” ft. Steph Jones
If you don’t know “Blackout” you are way behind. This song has been out for a while and has so much going on it it. The drop uses insane vocal cuts to make the song explode. The vocals and the music are stunning.
“Livin’ The Dream”
This song is a game changer for the album. Guitar takes most of the music which sounds amazing. The drums are different for Tritonal, which I love. The vocals fit the song and the music very well. This is a very nice song.
“This Is Love” ft. Chris Ramos & Shanahan
This is one of my favorite songs from Tritonal. Underneath the simple vocals is this emotional and colorful music that is so uplifting. But the drop takes it even further, firing those sounds and colors into the sky as the music soars. I don’t have a better way to describe this song, just listen and you will see what I mean.
“Running Into Me” ft. Jaden Michaels
The piano and vocals take this song in a great direction. The harmonies sound incredible, and the bass is not to strong for the music. The drop has vocals melodically playing while the music keeps its feeling.
“Set It On Fire” ft. Fred Page
Set It On Fire is a song that builds really well. There are a lot of nice instruments used in this song which gives a great environment. Fred Page has nice vocals and the drop has a nice melody.
“Escape” ft. Steph Jones
Steph joins Tritonal again for “Escape“. Again she displays these pretty vocals and inspiring lyrics. The drop takes this song for a spin, as the synths getter a little harder and the hype grows. This is a great addition to the album.
“Only Mortal” ft. Nick Sibicky
To finish the album we have “Only Mortal“. We find the same atmosphere that we started with. The song slowly builds and hits with a bang as all these different sounds are brought into the music. From crunchy bass, to melodic synths, to high notes, to vocal cuts, Tritonal puts all their tools into this song. And it sounds just incredible.
What an album! Soft, hyped, colorful, melodic, synthy, it’s all here. The guys have given us an amazing album and the artists they have brought on have put there own touch on the music. And the best part is you can hear both Tritonal‘s sound and the other artists’ mix together so well. I am so happy this album is what it is, and if you get the chance to see Tritonal on their Painting With Dreams Tour, you won’t regret it.
