Feenixpawl & APEK – Quicksand (Didrick Remix)

Sometimes you find a remix that comes out of nowhere and just blows you away. This is one of those remixes. I hadn’t ever heard the name Didrick prior to hearing his remix of “Quicksand”, but I definitely know the name now. Giving the already uplifting track an infusion of progressive house synth that takes it from great to flat out amazing is one thing, but doing it with such clean production quality is whole other feat. There’s a hint of inspiration from Hellberg here, but that’s not surprising since both producers are from Sweden. This is a winner for sure and Didrick has created something here that will definitely get the spotlight shining on him.
