Zonderling – Be Free [Hexagon]

The roster for Don Diablo‘s Hexagon imprint continues to impress with the addition of Zonderling. Their track “Be Free” is the label’s next big release.

The Zonderling guys are veterans of many releases throughout the Spinnin’ family. Their hits with BISHØP titled “Crazy For You” and “Keep On” should ring a bell. In fact, “Keep On” has already amassed over 2 million Spotify plays. “Be Free” was introduced to the world by Don Diablo during his Kinetic Field set at EDC Las Vegas.

“Be Free” works in more progressive elements than their last productions. The track is led by a powerful synth, and matched with a lighter melody on top. All the while, a slick, pulsating bassline drives the track forward. Zonderling plays with percussion perfectly, using it to provide the perfect nuances on the track. The last piece to the puzzle is a cool vocal chop, which helps fill out the rest of this great tune.
