Blinders – Go Hard
Blinders never sticks to one sound in his productions, and “Go Hard” continues that dynamic nature.
He carved out a spot for himself on Protocol Recordings with tracks like “Sirene,” and even mixed their Miami EP this year with Florian Picasso. There’s no special reason for this release; Blinders simply wanted to be generous. He previously dropped “You Don’t Know” on Protocol in June.
“Go Hard” is a song that features massive energy. This, of course, is a huge change from his last release, which was groovy house. Blinders brings an incredible amount of bass to this track, as he opts for a triplet-styled kick pattern. While this is happening, he employs unique synths on an energetic topline. It almost feels like bass house, but not at the same time. “Go Hard” also features catchy percussion throughout, as well as an intense vocal sample. Blinders is able to demonstrate his expertise in the studio, and tease big things to come.
