Bass house is a growin trend, but “Droppin'” cranks it up a notch. Mell Tierra and Syskey blur the lines between electro and bass house, and do so masterfully. The synths choices made by the producers are quite unique, and really match the intensity of the bassline. Mell Tierra and Syskey do a good job playing a vocal sample, as well as percussion throughout the drop. The energy does not drop off once the breakdown comes about. The strong percussion remains alongside a catchy melody. This tune is very well thought out, and a must-play for any house music fan or DJ.
