Zatox – Sunlight [Mainstage Music]

It’s time to embrace the power of hardstyle, and Zatox‘s “Sunlight” is a great place to start.

Zatox debuts on Mainstage Music with this record, but that label is full of variety. You might recognize his name from his official remix of Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike‘s “Wakanda” back in 2013. “Sunlight” really marks the Italian’s first release on a mainstream house label.

Zatox does not stray from his hardstyle roots at all. He unleashes an awesome melody on this tune, which sounds incredible in the hardstyle synths. That sound is made more lively with strong percussion, as well. Zatox builds up the energy when he weaves the vocal sample, while simultaneously strengthening the instrumental. The next step is an absolutely massive drop. A gigantic hardstyle kick next to a vigorous topline makes this track a 150 BPM must-play for any type of DJ.
