Fedde Le Grand Releases 200th Episode of Darklight Sessions
The dance music industry always seems to be getting younger. However, veteran DJ/producer Fedde Le Grand has reached a fantastic milestone.
He released the 200th episode of his Darklight Sessions radio show last Friday. The show itself debuted on November 11, 2011, and packed 12 songs into one hour. Episode No. 200 brings 19 fantastic songs in 60 minutes, while featuring some unreleased Darklight Recordings material.
Very few DJ radio shows tend to make it to 200 episodes. Comparable achievements include Hardwell On Air surpassing 250 episodes, W&W‘s Mainstage Music reaching 300 episodes, Tiësto‘s Club Life hitting 400 and Armin van Buuren‘s A State of Trance reaching 750 episodes. British trio Above & Beyond reached 450 episodes of Trance Around The World, before deciding to rebrand with Group Therapy Radio.
Fedde Le Grand already has a storied career, and 200 episodes of Darklight Sessions mark a fantastic feather in his cap. Consequently, his tour will be zigzagging the world on a hectic, festival-hopping schedule. If he’s in your area, don’t miss him!
