Kaaze – Electric Boy

The work that Kaaze has done so far this year is nothing short of fantastic. “Electric Boy” certainly fits that trend.

With releases like “Milk Man” on Revealed Recordings already under his belt, Kaaze takes a different route with this next tune. He shows off his progressive side yet again, and also decided to bypass releasing via a label. His ability to dabble between groovy and melodic house really shows his maturity as a producer.

There is just something mesmerizing about the melodies that Kaaze creates. He opted to go straight into the action on “Electric Boy” from the start, ditching the typical intro you hear in house songs. Right away, you hear a strong synth and a powerful melody: something that Kaaze has mastered. The breakdown also features creatively manipulated vocal chops once the buildup starts. That same melody from the beginning is reborn on the drop, with a beautiful layering of synths and excellent bassline. Kaaze also added some slick, high-pitched vocals to the middle break that bring a cool effect of their own. Yet again, Kaaze brings a high quality track for all your summer needs.
