Kaaze – Milk Man [Revealed Recordings]
Ever since he made his breakthrough as a protégé of Tiësto, it has been a tale of two Kaaze‘s in terms of his sound. Yes, he has the distinction of having two signature styles, but also nails one of them on every one of his releases. The two sounds are light progressive house, and catchy groove house. Groove is the sound du jour as the Swede returns to Revealed Recordings for a new single titled “Milk Man”. This tune was one of many ID tracks debuted by Revealed boss Hardwell at Ultra Music Festival in Miami in March, and is one of the more highly awaited records. “Milk Man” has all of the raw energy of a big-room or electro banger, but still maintains the finesse necessary to create a successful groove record. The breakdown demonstrates that energy, as it’s clear purpose is to push the listener towards the euphoria that the drop brings. Kaaze pulls out all the stops with the drops, as he works a sizable bassline alongside a simple but very effective top line. Kaaze has incredible talent, and is on pace for the most successful year so far in his young career.
