When it comes to progressive house, Paris Blohm simply cannot be beat. His production style is consistently full of emotion, and “Something About You” is absolutely no exception. The breakdown kicks off with a mesmerizing bed of synths, which soon triggers the entry of a beautiful set of vocals. Though uncredited, the vocals are incredible, and have a very catchy feel to them. All the while, Paris Blohm works his magic in the background with unreal synth play. As the vocalist hits the chorus, a stronger melody comes in from the background. The buildup comes next, which continues to work the vocals alongside a perfectly created drum sequence. Paris Blohm then uncorks a beautiful drop on “Something About You” that unites the vocals alongside a full-bodied set of synths. Paris Blohm has proven time and again that he has mastered the progressive house style.
