Maestro Harrell & Maurice West – Poseidon [Mainstage Music]

W&W‘s Mainstage Music imprint has consistently been a haven for huge big-room tracks, and they have come through yet again. This time, they unite the talents of label veterans Maestro Harrell and Maurice West for “Poseidon”.  It was one of the new tracks unveiled during W&W‘s mainstage Ultra set, and this one certainly packs a punch. There is the perfect combination of the two most dominant sounds in house music today, featuring the melodic essence of progressive house but the unforgiving power of electro house. The trademarks of each artist are audible throughout, with intricate melodies matching epic combinations of festival-ready synths. The drop on “Poseidon” is equally as huge, as it ropes in a pounding bassline to match the anthemic synths on the top line. There is energy abound on this tune, which makes it a perfect track to add to any party playlist or DJ set.
