There are some groovy house tunes that are lighter, and some that are just absolutely massive. This next offering from Maro & Mozo definitely fits as part of the latter, as “Big Bang” hits as hard as the name would make one expect. This track cannot be exclusively titled as a groove track, as the synths and overall energy level really promote it towards electro house. The synths are razor-sharp, and flow seamlessly from note to note. That same fluidity applies to the bassline, which has a full-bodied sound and brings waves of powerful low-end. The breakdown is absolutely phenomenal. The two Moroccan producers worked in a high-octane melody, framed by the perfect layering of synths. “Big Bang” then drops back into another sequence of heavy madness, with a sound that will easily get stuck in your head.
