One of the most exciting names in the dance music industry is undoubtedly that of Martin Garrix. The 19-year-old has had an absolutely meteoric rise to fame, and stakes claim to arguably the brightest future of any artist. He will be closing the Ultra Music Festival mainstage on Friday night, and told Ultra that he plans to play “nine unreleased Martin Garrix tracks”.His collaborative single with John Martin and Michel Zitron is bound to get played out as well, but nine new tracks shows how the young phenom is more than prepared for the future.
In fact, Martin Garrix posted a picture on his Instagram account showing him working in tandem with the UMF crew to create some crazy light and FX sequences for his closing set. By doing so, it seems as though he unwittingly unveiled the full design for the festival’s mainstage. It looks impressive as ever, and makes the anticipation for the annual inauguration of festival season even greater.
