Cash Cash and Tyga’s Crew Involved In Fight At Music Festival
A few days ago, Cash Cash and members of rapper Tyga‘s crew got involved in a fight and it did not end well for Cash Cash. JP from the trio suffered multiple bruises, a concussion, and injuries to his kidney per a report from Complex, and was unable to perform that night, as well as the next night. Tyga‘s set ran longer than planned and his crew refused to leave the stage even though the promoter had asked Cash Cash to go on to perform their already-delayed set. Samuel Frisch was also reported to have been shoved during the altercation. Tyga was not directly involved in the fight and claims to have not known about it until the day after. A rep from Tyga‘s team claims that one of the members of Cash Cash broke the laptop of the DJ for Tyga before security could break things up. No charges have been filed yet, but Cash Cash has stated that they’re planning on releasing a video of what happened to set the record straight.
Two things…I’m assuming that Tyga rolls with linebacker type dudes in his crew so I have no idea why Cash Cash thought it would be a good idea to pick a fight with them. Second there are three people in Cash Cash, how come only JP got beat up? What exactly were his brother and his friend doing while Tyga‘s crew was jumping him? Honestly, this is just an embarrassing and incredibly unprofessional situation for all involved, but I can’t lie the whole thing is a little funny. At the end of the day, artists just need to respect set times: it’s that simple.
Last night JP was violently physically assaulted by @tyga 's team mins before our set. Thank u to everyone who helped out. JP is recovering.

We are extremely bummed we couldn't play for our fans and were completely disrespected by @tyga and his team. More on this coming soon…
