Rihanna – Never Ending (Felix Cartal Remix)

While “Never Ending” hasn’t had nearly the fame that “Work” has had it’s nonetheless a pretty decent track on it it’s own. Felix Cartal took it upon himself to do a remix of the lesser known track and turned it into a chill, summer vibe remix that honestly took me by surprise. I was expecting something with a bit more energy from Cartal, but he kept it fairly mellow and to be honest the sound works for the lyrics and the mellowness of Rihanna’s tone in this one. It’s not something I would say is a banger, but it’s just a solid feel good song that shows a softer side of Felix Cartal. Thumbs up from me.
