MORTEN ft. Frida Sundemo – Beautiful Heartbeat

MORTEN is one of the newer entrants into the ever expanding electronic dance music genre, but he’s by no means an amateur in his productions. “Beautiful Heartbeat” is a beautifully simple, yet complex track that has outstanding vocals paired with a powerful bass line and airy progressive style synths. One of the subtle touches MORTEN adds to give the song more depth is expanding the stereo imaging at 1:07 which really wraps you in and while you’ve got to listen for it carefully once you hear it you’ll see how key it is to the song’s feel. You have to love it when artists pay such close attention to every little detail like that. This is truly one of those tunes that can be played on repeat without no listener fatigue.
