Gryffin ft. Josef Salvat – Heading Home

Since I got my hands on the first Gryffin remix I knew this kid was going to blow up and now he’s proving me right with his debut original “Heading Home” featuring vocals from Josef Salvat. It’s got the classic progressive house sound that made him popular among his OG fans, but he’s really refined his sound and the balance between the elements of the track is a lot more finely tuned than it’s been in the past. In his remix of “Talking Body” I felt like the mastering and equalizing could have used some work, it didn’t have the most clean sound even though the track itself was fantastic, but none of that murkiness is here. Crystal clear Gryffin all the way and a great example of what this young producer is capable of doing.

He’s going on tour for the first time this year and this release is a strong reason to go see him. If you weren’t a believer, you should be now because he just went and dropped the mic. Prepare for some big things from him in 2016.
