Sander Kleinenberg & Felix Leiter – The One [SPRS]

I’m steadily become a bigger fan of both Sander Kleinenberg and Felix Leiter. They’ve both been putting out great house tunes. So naturally, a collaboration would result in yet another fantastic song. “The One” is out now on SPRS, which has really been establishing itself as one of Spinnin’s more popular sub labels.

“The One” features catchy, chopped vocals throughout most of the song. It also features piano chords that serve as the melody and drop, similar to a past Felix Leiter track “BWU.” The use of piano seems to be becoming a staple in house music and I’m definitely a fan. But, we still get a tiny hint of bass house at the breakdown after the first drop right before the piano starts up again.
