Hardwell feat. Jake Reese – Mad World (The Remixes) [January 4 – Revealed Recordings]
After closing 2015 with remixes for MakO and Paris & Simo‘s “Not Alone,” Revealed Recordings will inaugurate 2016 with yet another remix package. There are five new remixes incoming for Hardwell‘s single with Jake Reese titled “Mad World,” and they come from all over the musical spectrum. The four remixes come from Quintino, Moksi, Sephyx, and Olly James & Ryan & Vin, with the fifth spot coming in the form of an acoustic version. These remixes will come out on an EP on January 4, 2016.
There’s a little something for everyone on this remix pack, so we’ll tell you a little bit about each one. Quintino‘s remix is one for the main-room vibe, as it rocks an energetic sound that is powerful enough to fill up any space. Moksi comes in with the second remix, opting for a much faster future bass sound that attack your subwoofer mercilessly. Sephyx brings the hardstyle, with a melodic sound and that irresistible hardstyle kick. Olly James and Ryan & Vin round out the remixes with another big-room take, focusing on intricate percussion and an unforgiving bassline. The acoustic version ditches synths for guitars and piano, and shows the mellow beauty that music really contains.
