Toby Green – Move [Hexagon]

Toby Green has been quietly putting up a solid year in 2015. His next release comes outside his usual home on Megaton Records as “Move” lands on Don Diablo‘s Hexagon label. “Move” is a completely different animal for Toby Green, as his usual sound is predominantly electro. He changes it up completely, opting for a more groovy future house sound with a stronger focus on the melody. He’s able to maintain a little bit of edginess in the bassline, but overall, is able to show off his incredible talent and musicality. His show of sheer brilliance continues in the middle breakdown, as he uses all sorts of tricks to distort a vocal all over the place to create a really cool synth-like effect. From synth choices to creative chord progressions, Toby Green did an absolutely incredible job with the creation of this tune. He will undoubtedly pick up where he left off once 2016 gets rolling.
