Corey James and Jacob Ross have never collaborated before, but you would never know that upon listening to “Migori”. This tune is massive in so many respects, and just speaks to the talent that both of these artists possess. The power in “Migori” lies in the drops, which from bass to treble is running at a high energy level. These guys have mastered the groove style bassline, and accompany it with a powerful, chopped-up lead sound. That same lead continues into the breakdown, where an epic, symphonic sequence headlined by violins takes over. This sound matches perfectly with the already existing percussion. When you put it all together, it is clear that Corey James and Jacob Ross have bridged the distance between them to create a smash track. “Migori” was signed before the Code Red label had even been officially established, and it certainly has been well worth the wait.
