John Christian ft. Eric Lumiere – Brothers [Freeway Recordings]

Although John Christian has been fairly quiet of late, he returns in a major way with his newest song “Brothers.” It’s the first track on Freeway Recordings, of which he is a founder. Having this track as the first one really gets me excited about what could come on this new label.

The track is progressive oriented featuring the vocals of Eric Lumiere over uplifting, euphoric chords. There aren’t many parts of the song that aren’t exciting. The whole track buildups to the heavy, melodic drop. The grinding bassline lays under a catchy top synth flawlessly. I really like the direction John Christian has been going. He’s definitely one of those artists that don’t receive the recognition they deserve.
