Dyro – Like A Boss [WOLV Records]

It was last year around this time that Dyro released what would become arguably his biggest hit in the form of “Against All Odds”. The Dutchman has come back this October with another hit that is just as massive in the form of “Like A Boss”. There is no Dynamite MC vocal on this tune, but there is so much power in the instrumental that anything more would be overkill. Dyro manages to employ his dark but intricate synth play into every aspect of the tune, and it just keeps sounding better and better throughout. A highly-effected vocal is on loop during build, before leading up to an energetic drop. The genre lines bend a bit during the drops on “Like A Boss,” since the percussion is a more standard house pattern. Regardless, Dyro must love October, as he always drops his biggest tunes then.
