HI-LO – Renegade Mastah [Heldeep Records]

Oliver Heldens under his alias, HI-LO, debuts his new record label, Heldeep Records, and his new track, “Renegade Mastah.” The track has been played by so many huge artists since the beginning of March when it was an ID Remix. There was a ton of speculation about who the artists was, but now that we know it’s HI-LO, it’s no surprise.

The song is very different from the Heldens we’re used to. It’s got a darker more aggressive feel than some of his previous releases, but it’s still an amazing track. The song also features vocals from the Wildchild classic “Renegade Master.” HI-LO really uses the vocals well in overlaying them over the drop and chopping them up. It gives the song a slightly different feel than if it would only be instrumental.
