Florian Picasso must have known from the start that his tune “Origami” was going to be successful as soon as label boss Nicky Romero called it a “solid weapon in [his] sets”. Staring with plays from him and also Martin Garrix, “Origami” is one of the more unique progressive house tracks on the market today. Instead of a consistent, flowing set of synths, Florian Picasso elected to make “Origami” more staccato, and the track is a lot more catchy that way. It still has all the necessary components to be a solid progressive house song, and does so while rocking one of the freshest sounds in all of the industry.
