Nicky Romero – Lighthouse [Protocol Recordings]

Nicky Romero could be the best example of a “musical Swiss Army knife” in the dance music industry. His name has been on tracks with all sorts of different sounds to them, and he has settled on progressive house for his next single called “Lighthouse”. This tune was in high demand after Romero closed his set at Ultra Music Festival with it back in March. “Lighthouse” is a little more stripped down than the usual mainstream progressive hosue track, relying less on a “massive” sound and more on the raw emotions that the vocals and instrumental provide. Even with that in mind, the response that “Lighthouse” received when played live was incredible, as people clearly enjoyed the feel of the track. This is one of the more emotional tracks out now, so prepare for all the feels once you click play.
