Bass Kleph & M35 – Redlining [March 23 – Oxygen Recordings]
Australian drum master Bass Kleph has exploded onto the scene with huge tracks, and impressive live videos of him pounding out tracks on his drum pad. His next offering comes together with American M35, who has released a track through Bass Kleph‘s Vacation Records in the past. Their track together is called “Redlining,” and is signed to the Spinnin’ sublabel, Oxygen Recordings. Bass Kleph is still riding the success of “Cowboy Coffee” on his own label, while M35 most recently dropped a remix for Tritonal‘s track, “Anchor”. “Redlining” was first debuted a few weeks ago by Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike on their Smash The House radioshow. The track will be fully released on March 23.
The track kicks off into a combination of melody and buildup basically from the beginning, with a 30-second intro leading straight into the smaller breakdown. The melody from the breakdown is relevant throughout the track, and appears at various points during the breaks between the sections of each drop. It also appears again identically but in greater amounts during the second breakdown. The drop is a massive hybrid of percussive top lines and a deep and full bassline to create a track perfectly capable of taking over the dance floor.
Grab “Redlining” when it drops on March 23. Enjoy!
