Tove Lo – Talking Body (Gryffin Remix)

Over the last few months Gryffin has been releasing some of the best indie-electronic remixes we’ve heard and he’s back with another one. This time the young New York based producer has worked his magic on “Talking Body” by Tove Lo who’s also been killing it in the electronic dance music scene and it’s really an impressive remix. The delicate melody is clean and fresh and really compliments the beautiful vocals without overpowering them. If you’re looking for high pitched synths and a booming four to the floor drop you won’t find that here, this is way more refined and musical. It’s really nice to see a more classical approach being used to creating electronic music and quite honestly artists like Gryffin are going to be the ones to bring some respect to the genre. The Chainsmokers really brought the indie remixes to the forefront of the scene, but Gryffin is doing one heck of a job of expanding what they started.
