Zeds Dead & Oliver Heldens – You Know [Spinnin’ Records – February 2]

2014 was a massive year for Oliver Heldens and he was a major reason for the surge in the popularity of deep and future house. He’s teamed up with Zeds Dead, a duo known for being skilled in producing a variety of sounds, and the result is the track “You Know”. To my ear there’s quite a bit of influence coming from Heldens, but there are definitely some touches in there like the vocal effects and some of the background sounds and buildups that sound similar to previous work by Zeds Dead. Overall the sound has a really nice vibe to it, very reminiscent of Tchami. For now we just have the preview, but stay tuned for the full version coming out on February 2nd via Spinnin’ Records which will hopefully have some more of Zeds Dead unique sound in it.
