D.O.D – Do Your Thing [Mixmash Records]

Since D.O.D released his ‘More Cowbell EP’ on Ones To Watch Records, I became a fan of the British producer. After that success he kept on developing his music and took things to much higher levels. With releases on Hysteria, Dim Mak, Protocol and Mixmash, we can’t call D.O.D just one to watch anymore; he became much more. His star keeps on rising and he is now back with another stunning release. ‘Do Your Thing’ came out today on Mixmash Records.

The track kicks off with an astonishing break that has a bouncy melody that increases with bombastic proportions. It works very well and entertains you perfectly with the climax getting closer and closer. When it drops, things kick off even harder. It is a heavy Electro House infected track, that explodes with full effect. Once again, D.O.D managed to create a floorfilling slammer that should climb high in the Beatport charts!
