MAKJ & Lil John – Lets Get F*cked Up (Max Styler Remix)

Since the announcement of MAKJ’s remix contest for his hit track “Lets Get F*cked Up” featuring the one and only Lil John we’ve already begun to see a wave of remixes flood our inboxes and sound Soundcloud. With so many submissions there is bound to be some pretty terrible ones, but there is also going to be those remixes that just blow you away.

The Max Styler remix is one of the remixes that blows you away. “Lets Get F*cked Up” is a really hard song to remix because to me it was perfect as is, but Styler found a way to put his own unique touch on it and he really nailed it. The rework has a thumping bass line with an aggressive edge to it and the robotic like sounds make me feel like I’m listening to a mashup of Crizzly and MAKJ. The vocal samples are used appropriately and aren’t overly chopped up. All in all this is a very solid remix and while we still have time left for more submissions to the remix contest this is one remix that has managed to stand out from the rest.
