Deorro & J-Trick – Rambo (Hardwell Edit) [Revealed Recordings]
In an interview before his monumental set at Ultra Music Festival in March, Hardwell announced that he intended to play 90% unreleased music during his set. One of those tracks is now out for the world to enjoy, thanks to Revealed Recordings. The song we’re talking about is Hardwell‘s own edit of “Rambo,” a collaboration between American Deorro and Australian J-Trick. Even though a few different versions have surfaced in the past few months, the official version goes off like no other. The melody in the middle goes from an almost soothing sound into that loud festival-esque sound that dance music fans can never get enough of. The buildup is pretty unique as well, utilizing filtered leads and a powerful synth stab every few bars. The energy is built higher using percussion, and culminates in that famous “Let’s get f*cking crazy!” sample. The drop rocks a quasi-Melbourne sound with a pounding bassline, and roaring synths covering the top line. “Rambo” is available now, so grab a copy from Beatport to support Deorro and J-Trick!
