Paris Blohm & Taylr Renee – Left Behinds [May 26 – Revealed Recordings]
What was that instrumental that Hardwell used in a mashup in the early goings of his Ultra Music Festival set? The question has finally been answered: it’s the highly awaited Paris Blohm and Taylr Renee collaboration known as “Left Behinds”. Paris Blohm just blew up from a regional star into a worldwide progressive house contender, thanks to his work together with Tritonal on the blissful hit “Colors”. Taylr Renee has provided vocals for some of the biggest names in dance music, including Quintino & MOTi‘s “Dynamite,” StadiumX‘s “Howl At The Moon,” and Sick Individuals & Axwell‘s “I Am”. Even if Hardwell has been sticking with the instrumental mix in a mashup with Sebastian Ingrosso & Tommy Trash‘s “Reload,” the outstanding vocal mix was premiered on episode 167 of Hardwell On Air. The full vocal mix of “Left Behinds” is set to be released on May 26.
The easy summary to make of “Left Behinds” is that Paris Blohm has provided a masterful progressive house instrumental, while Taylr Renee‘s vocals are the glue that pulls the whole song together. The break that Revealed Recordings has provided sounds like its the second one, which is comprised of a filtered instrumental and beautiful vocals from Taylr Renee. Her sound is unrivaled in dance music at the moment, and that can only be followed up by one of the best rising producers. The sound of Paris Blohm is accentuated on the buildup and the drop, as his trademark progressive sound is punctuated through his synth choices. Without a doubt, “Left Behinds” is an anthem for the upcoming festival season.
Grab “Left Behinds” when it drops on May 26. Enjoy!
