Dyro – Sounds Like [May 5 – Revealed Recordings]
Dyro has consistently proved himself to be one of the most solid producers in the scene. With the success of “Calling Out,” “Black Smoke,” and “Leprechauns & Unicorns,” he jumped from rookie to all-star. Now the Dutchman has come back to Revealed Recordings with his next effort, titled“Sounds Like”. The track was premiered at Ultra Music Festival during Hardwell‘s festival-closing set. As part of a packed catalog for Revealed Recordings, “Sounds Like” will be available on May 5.
The melody starts off with two different sets of stabs: one that is made up of percussion and another made up of quick synth shots. In fact, this is the first mainstream track of the year that has a snare on all four beats. This is, of course, yet another example of how Dyro is always working to keep his tracks unique. The sounds get louder with a sliding, high-pitched synth weaved in as well. A good amount of the percussion remains during the buildup, which does well to avoid the generic synth rolls. After a quick vocal sample, the drop starts its banging sound. The drop rocks screaming electro synths, and a fat bass kick as “Sounds Like” is headed to destroy a nearby dancefloor soon.
“Sounds Like” will be available on May 5. Enjoy!
