Hooligan feat. Colee Royce – The Doorkeeper [Ultra Music]

The name Da Hool should sound familiar to you. The veteran producer from Germany created worldwide hits like ‘Meet Her At The Love Parade’. But besides that, he also produces under a different alias, Hooligan. The problem some dj/producers that are active for many years have, is the lack of renewal in their music. Luckily, this can’t be said for Da Hool, who delivers a fine new production ‘The Doorkeeper’, released today on Ultra Music.

In ‘The Doorkeeper’, Hooligan makes quite some funny references to the barkeepers, creating a nice break. It’s combined with the bouncing melody a strong part of the track and gives it its own big vibe. The climax that follows is different, which I find a positive thing. The sound is whopping and full of the power you need to keep on raving all day long.
